SBA Posts Guidance on Eligibility for Different Relief Options

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) posted a new webpage titled Cross Program Eligibility on SBA Coronavirus Relief Options on their sba.gov website. The webpage includes this chart, which summarizes the criteria that must be met by applicants when considering the following Coronavirus relief options:

Please note that an entity that applied for and received a PPP loan prior to December. 27, 2020, remains eligible to apply for an SVOG.

Eligible applicants may qualify for one or more of these relief options, depending on the nature of their business and the type of expenditures they are planning to use the relief funds for. Applicants should understand each program’s rules and requirements before submitting an application for a loan or a grant.
